Let’s just keep cataloging these statements and predictions.

My prediction (one which I’ll bet is the most accurate) is that the Wu Flu predictions will prove to be as accurate as those about climate change.

“It’s just the fooled-you, bro.”

Per wiki...

“15] On March 5, Mayor de Blasio said that coronavirus fears should not keep New Yorkers off the subway, riding from Fulton Street to High Street in a public press attempt to demonstrate the subway’s safety.[16] On March 6, eleven new cases were reported, bringing the state caseload to 33.[17] All the new cases were tied to the first community transmission case, the lawyer.[18] At the end of the day, an additional 11 new cases were reported by the governor, bringing the total caseload to 44, with 8 of the new cases in Westchester County, and 3 in Nassau County on Long Island.[19] Also on March 6, an article appeared in the New York Post stating that while Mayor de Blasio assigned responsibility for the lack of N95 masks and other personal protective equipment to the federal government, the city

it likely is true- in cali- they are estimating millions have been exposed to it- had it, didn’t know it or only had mild symptoms and didn’t report it- this virus is mostly non lethal- around 95% non lethal or better- so loads of folk probably had it and never realized it-

She is the idiot who got on TV and told New Yorkers that they MUST go to Chinatown and stand in a crowded mob to watch the Chinese parade. Then she urged New Yorkers to go out to eat at a Chinatown restaurant, insinuating that they were racist if they didn't.

“New Yorkers have been heeding our advice that if they have mild symptoms, at this point in time, when you’ve got community-wide transmission, having a test result isn’t going to change what we’re going to tell you to do.”

Nope- they are gonna tell you to go home shut your mouth and stop asking for HCQ because you aint gonna get it until it’s too late and you’re hours away from death

Shockingly the msm is silent- had President Trump been gov of NY- the left woudl have had him removed from office, and on trial for crimes agaisnt humanity-

Per Fox-February 2, the tip-of-the-iceberg idiot offered some advice...:

“Meanwhile, New York City Health Commissioner Oxiris Barbot tweets: “As we gear up to celebrate the #LunarNewYear in NYC, I want to assure New Yorkers that there is no reason for anyone to change their holiday plans, avoid the subway, or certain parts of the city because of #coronavirus.”

The Science is now clear - Millions and millions were and will be exposed.

So, America will now need to PICK ONE:
* Lock down everyone so no one ever gets exposed again
* Open back up, because being exposed is almost inevitable and almost never harmful to the young or the healthy

Obviously it hasn’t reached the same level of the Black Plague and they need some new numbers.

actual death rate, .000002 percent.

Actually, I heard a leftie on the radio say that if we find out there are 2 million cases in NY, at a death rate of three percent, that means NY will have 60,000 dead.

5.7 million people ride New York mass transit daily. If they shut that down on day one, when the libs were screaming we had to shut down the country, maybe fewer people would have been infected.

Where do you get your math?

11,000 dead in NYC / 1,000,000 infected residents = 1.1% infected fatality rate.

11,000 dead / 8,000,000 residents = 0.14 % population fatality rate so far.

43,000 dead in entire country / 330,000,000 = 0.013% so far.

What is 0.000002%, purely rhetorical made up tiny number?

How do you propose to separate the sick from the well in a household? You could put the sick in a giant quarantine center.

Or you could put the well in a hotel, except that there is a good chance they are already infected and will spread the disease.

Seriously, what is your proposal when one person is sick and the others aren’t? What practical steps would you take?

.

Tip of Iceberg ?

More like “Light at End of A Short Tunnel” because it means the rate of WUFLU serious reaction and death is FAR LOWER than the media and chicken little socialist politicians have been touting.

‘Already infected’ but simultaneously corpses aren’t knee deep in the streets.

Remove the sick from the healthy... I.E. If you get sick, get away from others... They did it during Polio and TB... They can do it again for this nonsense. There are plenty of empty hotel rooms. Lock downs are resulting in more infections and more deaths... Not less. We need to separate those who are infected from those who are not.

Getting your family sick is not the cure.

city’s confirmed coronavirus cases are ‘tip of the iceberg’.

If true, that means a couple things--1) arbitrary restrictions on where people can go and what activities are restricted as non-essential, have no bearing on this virus. It's airborne and will run its own course.

2) The mortality rate is even lower than anyone has projected; restrictions on travel and other activities is way out of proportion, and the economy needs to be opened at once.

3) my inference--this virus was here much earlier than January. It has spread too fast, to too many places (in the US and the world), for it to have ramped up in late February-March.
