So I was in Walmart in Pennsylvania on Saturday and there was a young man about 30 not wearing a mask hurrily being escorted out of the building. He was saying there isn't a state law and the Walmart people aren't having it. Then the man said well the Constitution says... And that's all I heard before he was thrown out ala Alex Foley (not through the window though, just out the door)...

Wally is a private biz. If it wants to ado masks to the no shoes/shirt no service bit, it can do that. No state law required. If Wally is relying on an unconstitutional act by the state to hang it’s hat on, Wally is in trouble.

“...before he was thrown out ala Alex Foley”
But was he able to identify everyone involved? If not, he’s no Alex Foley (I still don’t he was able to do that, given the situation).
