As always, the Democrats and their media enablers change tactics a hundred times a year.

This.

Dems are not reaping anything. The media will cover for Biden and this is going nowhere.

That is a heck of a lot more evidence than Blasey Ford ever had which was exactly ZERO.
Blasey Ford never mentioned the alleged sexual assault to even one single human being. Not her mother, not her father, not her brother not even her best friend, who totally denied anything like that happened.
Blasey Ford could not tell us what year or even what street or who's house this fake incident happened. In sum, Blasey Ford never met Kavanaugh in her life.
Reade already has two friends with who have come out to confirm being told about the sexual assault at the time it happened.

Remember the ‘powerful’ argument that any accuser such as Christine Blasey Ford has to be believed because she risks such damage to reputation and finances when she does such a ‘brave’ act. Has anyone noticed how this ‘argument’ appears to only apply to one side of the political spectrum?

Take the Lewinsky Affair where Linda Tripp was instrumental in the outcome with the DNA blue dress. She was arrested and tried for violating the law against surreptitious telephone recording in her conversations with Ms Lewinsky. She was acquitted but obviously had legal costs involved. There were multiple other offenses against her to the point of her suing the Justice & Defense Departments and winning $595k cash and other benefits in 2003. Yet she cited in a later interview that her settlement did not cover her costs.

Then we have Christine Blasey Ford and her very last minute accusation of an offense 30 years in the past against a sitting Federal Judge up for a Supreme Court seat. No contemporary confirmations, little details and a great deal of emotion. While it is now Judge Kavanaugh, she, Christine Blasey Ford, appears to have suffered nothing in the aftermath. Like another accuser, Anita Hill, she appears to have secured a hallowed place in the LEFT’s pantheon of ‘brave women’!

Hypocrites are Democrats ... hmmm?

In all honesty, I’m surprised the Dims are fighting so hard for Joe. They MUST know he’s a weak candidate. You’d think they’d want to find someone stronger, or, at the very least, someone who can string two sentences together.

TDS makes people do strange things.

It’s all part of the plan - they want Joe to be the nominee, but with Hilliary as his VP candidate. If by some chance Joe wins the election, she will step in the day after his inauguration due to his being unable to govern due to medical issues.

And if not for Trump and his brass balls there would be no Justice Kavanaugh. Any other president would gave pulled his nomination.

I am struggling to make it to June one which will be my 76th. I can assure you that you are NOT imagining. Ayn Rand warned many decades ago about what was afoot and since Donald J. Trump officially announced his candidacy for president I have had the feeling of living in her boook ATLAS SHRUGGED. If you have not read it you should and don’t waste time critiquing her writing skills, just pay attention to her message which is amazingly accurate.

Our sons are in their 20’s. They are both good men, but they have clearly been influenced by their immersion in the leftist culture of the educational system in the US. I try to remember that many of us were swayed back in the 1960’s and 1970’s but returned to our roots. It is an unwholesome culture on many levels. Time for the pendulum to swing back.

Democrats aren’t reaping the whirlwind. The DemonRats are behind getting rid of Joe because he had lost his marbles.

Democrats don’t even think of consequences or the future, when it comes to getting what they want. They’re basically children.

It’s all part of the plan - they want Joe to be the nominee, but with Hilliary as his VP candidate. If by some chance Joe wins the election, she will step in the day after his inauguration due to his being unable to govern due to medical issues.
That could be their plan - but given Bernie Sanders’ standing, unifying the party around it could be an interesting proposition.

OTOH the Republicans might make quite a lot of the fact that Hillary would deign to accept the VP nomination. “Hillary, given the 25th Amendment, what do you think is the life expectancy of Joe Biden’s life presidency, were he to win?”

In retrospect - and not exclusively in retrospect - the Sweden approach looks better than what the US has done. Yeah, they might possibly have lost some seniors a year or two prematurely - but the side effects of a shutdown which they avoided are nothing to sneeze at. IMHO they will be better off, in the immediate future, than if they had gone all Gretchen Whitmer on their country.

We’d be a lot better off if we had gone all Ron DeSantis on our country. Having said that, President Trump’s covid policy has been roundly - even fanatically - opposed by the Democrats, but never from a coherent policy perspective. Let alone a coherent Ron DeSantis policy emphasizing maximum sheltering seniors and otherwise “letting her ride” to the maximum extent.

“You can’t beat somebody with nobody” - and by now, President Trump is somebody. And of all things the Democrats might make hay over, I don’t think their impeachment of the president - just when the real issue was China and Corona - will be something to brag on.

I also think Trump was politically brilliant by feinting in the direction of directing the return to normal from Washington - then quickly acceding when the governors objected. Now the economic carnage is, largely, on the governors. It looks like that will play pretty well for the president and his party in November. With the usual caveat that “A week is an eternity in politics.”
