Deborah Birx, the White House's coronavirus task force response coordinator, blasted the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in a White House coronavirus task force meeting during a discussion on COVID-19 data, according to The Washington Post.
"There is nothing from the CDC that I can trust," she told CDC Director Robert Redfield, two people familiar with the meeting told the newspaper.
The Post reported that Birx and others feared that the CDC's statistics on mortality rate and case counts were inflated by up to 25%.
Birx later told The Post in a statement that "mortality is slowly declining each day."
"To keep with this trend, it is essential that seniors and those with comorbidities shelter in place and that we continue to protect vulnerable communities," she said.
Yet other sources have shown that mortality in the US remains close to 2,000 daily deaths — and does not show a steady downward trajectory, as Birx said.

I think that’s probably a misrepresentation of her meaning. Every epidemiologist I’ve spoken to says that the problem is not that anyone is lying, it’s that no one really knows. So whatever conclusions you draw you must do so tentatively. That’s all. Not trusting doesn’t mean, “I think you’re lying.” It means, “We both know that the statistical quality of what we’re looking at in a new disease is not great, so we must be prepared for surprises and changes in conclusions.”
I’m pretty sure the CDC has become extremely politicized, starting in the 1990s under Clinton. This sharp turn to champion leftist issues festered under Bush2 and 0bama. I remember them pushing for doctors to ask questions about guns in the home, funding gun control studies, and talking about “racism”.

Duh? Since the whole thing is fake. The only way to fake a pandemic is to create a narrative to commandeer deaths from real disease columns over into the covid-19 column. The fight for Trump now is to overcome the fake narrative that he had to participate in early on since the goal all along by the Left was to ruin the economy. Sweden doesn’t even rise to the death level of the flu. Not enough communist participants in the government there apparently.
The CDC was too busy fighting “Climate Change” than actually preparing for a pandemic.
CDC must be in charge of Climate change, too.

Birx is also reported to have complained that remdesivir was being distributed by underlings without it being prioritized to hardest hit areas.
The CDC lost its focus when it began to hire affirmative action employees from the left side of the Bell Curve. If they had been hiring qualified minorities they’d been hiring from the right side of the Bell Curve and there would be a significant number of Asians. Instead the CDC has hired the race of professional victims who’s focus is social justice, gun control and the study of fat lesbians. I read a report that 36% of the employees at the CDC are from the race of professional victims.

A couple days ago the CDC came out supporting mail-in voting, which party is giving them their orders?? The party of election theft. If you can’t impeach him and you can’t beat him with a dud candidate, the last thing left is election theft, by whatever means.
