Dem-imposed coronavirus orders face lawsuits across the nation

Stay-at-home orders aimed at reducing the spread of coronavirus are now facing legal challenges from residents and state officials alike, alleging that some measures – mostly put in place by Democrats -- go too far while the country gradually moves toward reopening.

California alone is facing at least a dozen lawsuits that include claims that the state has unjustly closed down gun shops and religious services, infringed on freedoms of speech and assembly by restricting protests, and one case where a resident alleges that being forced to remain at home constitutes forced detention without due process.

“We’re being challenged,” California Gov. Gavin Newsom, a Democrat, told CNN’s “State of the Union” on Sunday. “All across this country, every single day, governors are being challenged, local health officials are being challenged, and it’s a spirit of collaboration. Those that continue to pursue things that put people in harm’s risk, you have to have stepped up efforts and enforcement and sanctions.”

I hope the people have had enough. I hope the pandemic turns into a Dem-Panic when the voters turn them out in state after state. I can dream, can’t I?

Good job at miss-characterizing what Trump said you POS. He said they could be used to distribute the vaccine.

Something has got to change with these Governors who are being sued and losing in Court. Putzker in Illinois, Witless in Michigan, and Newsom will not lift the lock down because of a court order.

Same with Senile fool DeWine in Ohio - Last week he laughed off the latest round of lawsuits against him - he told the press “I get sued all of time” and shrugged his shoulders. If these Governors ignore the Courts, what will stop them?

Followed by some rather hostile voter action in November.

This should give you an idea and a taste what it it would be like living in an outright socialistic dictator ship. Times of duress can bring out some of the best as well as some of the worst in people as well as show who you can trust and rely on and who you can not. Place certain people in a position of power and before long it goes to their head and it does not take long until they come up with decisions which either reflect their ignorance or stupidity or are based on their insatiable desire to impose their will and control their fellow mans behavior.

The current coronavirus crisis or epidemic is rife with plenty of examples, a few of hem given in this article. One of my favorites is Gretchen Whitmer, Governor of Michigan rules is, that during this virus epidemic or dilemma, whatever name suits you, power boating is out but any other type of boating is permissible. It either shows plain ignorance or her true socialistic convictions have come to light and to the surface.

“Now I have the power and by God I am going to show them”

History is full of such examples and if taken to the extremes we end up with places like North Korea and anything in between. This is another reason why the founders of this Great Nation came up with the Second Amendment, as most of them were great judges of human behavior.

As Thomas Jefferson so eloquently quoted

“The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants”.
