Maybe. Maybe not. Two wanna be cops are still guilty for shooting him in the street.

This is the problem with wannabe prosecutors who don’t pay attention to details. Only one man shot him, the one with the shotgun. Before Arbery was shot, he jogged right past the one in the back of the pickup truck without incident. No shooting, no fight, no nothing.
There’s only one crime visible on the two videos that I’ve seen and that’s when Arbery attacked the guy with the shotgun.
No, he was no longer jogging at that point. He gave up jogging, ran full speed at McMichael and attacked him.

I don’t need to. Arbery stops jogging and begins running hard at McMichael before he is blocked from view by the truck. The guy in the back of the pickup is visible the whole time and Arbery jogged past him without incident.
I call them as I see them. Here’s a link to another incident caught on video a few days before the Arbery video came out.

No shirt, and wearing a winter coat when everybody else is in shirt sleeves. Waving his arms around, and getting belligerent. When I was a C.O., whenever a convict wore a winter coat when it was hot out, it made you wonder if he was expecting to get shanked, or if he was carrying a weapon. I don’t know what kind of frisking that was. It wasn’t very thorough. He should have made him take the jacket off first, and searched that thoroughly. Individuals will sew things into the seams of the jackets, or slice part of the jacket open to slip a weapon/drugs into. I realize the cops pulled up on the lawn to confront him, but if that’s a park, why was he parked on the lawn?

He didn’t allow them to search his car. He was in a known drug spot according to them. His car is parked kind of funny to be just chilling. But whatever.
Cops never got to search his vehicle. Who knows what he had in it.
And Mueller's prosecutors said Flynn was guilty for lying to FBI agents, when it's now been proven that he never did. And Judge Sullivan is now trying to make sure his charges never get dismissed.
I learned on Beverly Hills Cop that something is about to go down if people are wearing long black coats on hot summer days.
