A New Jersey gym that defied the governor's stay-at-home restrictions by opening for business, was shut down by the state's Department of Health on Thursday.
Bellmawr-based Atilis Gym, which rallied against Gov. Phil Murphys executive order to stay closed amid the coronavirus pandemic, reportedly had a sewage problem on Wednesday that caused members to leave the facility. Plumbers were called and state officials issued a notice of embargo.

If that's true, one would hope the owners could find out who was stuffing paper towels into the sewer lines, and who put said individual(s) up to it.
A few more dirty tricks like that, and you might see this:
Or worse....
Also, apparently the shutdown was done when no one was around. Nothing untoward there.
Barr needs to step in. This is unbelievable.
I don’t see why this stuff doesn’t fall under the Fifth Amendment. They are just taking control of the business from the business owner with no compensation. The government is choosing which businesses it allows to open and which it closes. No equal protection.
On a smaller scale, bullies like that usually stopped when they got their a**es kicked good and hard.
Obama once said that the Constitution was a failed document because it only says what the government cannot do to you and not what the government CAN do to you.
Article says “embargo” and mentions the plumbers. Does this mean that plumbers were not allowed to respond?
Needs further investigation and details.
I can make the same argument regarding:
Gun
Zoning/Planning
Property Taxes
Abortion
That all government, state local federal violate daily and nobody cares, heck some on here make excuses for it
The Lefties are a nasty bunch, they’ll stop at nothing.
Found the pipes were clogged with paper towels. NOTE: They do not have paper towels in their lavatories.
If that’s true, then the Chicago Way is still alive and kicking.
They were never issued it by hand. They posted the documents in the dark of night.
I’m not terribly optimistic, but with our massive debt, the gross abuses of Obamagate, the debacle of the pandemic, it would be wonderful to see a national movement to cut the federal government in half (at least) and get back to the real Constitution. But, as I say, I’m not terribly optimistic.
check their video, libs infiltrated, look for Karens.
Deep State sewage ops.
I dont see why this stuff doesnt fall under the Fifth Amendment.
It is a matter of State police power. The police power was reserved by the People, not given to the Federal government, and has been given to the State governments.
Something I’ve noticed lately is that I think “The government can’t force us to be vaccinated” and I’m told that the state governments can do that. The 10th Amendment opens the door to state governments mandating the Gates vaccine.
Or I say, “the government can’t take control of your business” and I’m told that the state governments can do that. The 10th Amendment opens the door to state governments taking control of your business.
The federal government seems to control an awful lot of stuff. And everything the feds don’t control, the states can control.
We are no longer a free society. At all.

Fix the plumbing problem and reopen the gym. Simply ignore the government. If cops show up, then get out cell phones and record the video. Show these pigs for what they are - just following orders.
