But if they add their own content (such as fact checking a tweet), then they are subject to libel laws.
Rush compared a social media company to a bookstore, which makes a lot of sense.
But private companies can censor. The 1st amendment only applies to the government, so I don't think this has anything to do with forcing them to allow conservative content. The courts would never permit it.
