They stepped in it big time. Needs to be a hands off approach especially in an election year. I’ve noted that they NEVER fact check democrat leaders or activist “journalists.” Personally I think their biggest risk is election law violations. They are providing massive aid to the democrat party and Biden.
I don’t see any avalanche coming, or any EO either. They might not do another edit, that’s about all we can hope for. If they keep doing it, there may be some real fallout, we’ll see.

What some fail to see here is that we are losing. The left and its corportist allies now firmly control nearly all our institutions: media, government, judiciary, education, etc.

But as Rush said today, social media companies are empty vessels and are not subject to libel laws because people can write whatever they want to and are just using the platform of the social media companies. All of them are empty vessels such as Reddit, etc.
But if they add their own content (such as fact checking a tweet), then they are subject to libel laws.
Rush compared a social media company to a bookstore, which makes a lot of sense.
But private companies can censor. The 1st amendment only applies to the government, so I don't think this has anything to do with forcing them to allow conservative content. The courts would never permit it.
