So Cohen is in jail, Stone is in jail, Papadopoulos was convicted and Flynn has been fighting for his life for 3 years.
Any charges on the other side?
ANSWER: the Dept of Injustice doesn't go after "their own."
This absurdity is a violation of the right to due process. Mueller and Rosenstein made it known they would charge people with obstruction of justice if they presented evidence to counter the scam they were putting forward.

so is this being “hung out” there to justify the reason why DOJ/fibbers would not release exculpatory evidence for flynn, stone, papa??
iow, DOJ/fibbers were just “going by the book” & not in violation of the Brady rule????
I cannot make up my mind about Whitaker. It seems in hindsight that he “should have done more” to rein this charade in, but if you step back to that point in time you had the GOPe, media, and democrats all “protecting Mueller” who as Joey D said was turned into some kind of “supercop above everyone and everything accountable to nobody”.
Part of me is ticked off at Whitaker just as I am at powerful Republicans on the oversight committees who did not demand to see the underpinnings of this farce. However, in fairness to Matt, Trump himself chose the tact that he would cooperate and not interfere and in hindsight, while it is infuriating and dragged this thing out, it is hard to argue with the tact. Whitaker does have the right measure of this - it was an obstruction of justice trap and they were begging for Trump to interfere in any way.
Now that we have more hindsight, Rosenstein appears to be the key architect of this and I am curious to hear his testimony. I think Graham is part of the cover-up honestly - he has done nothing but obstruct even while talking a good game.
Grassley, Lee, Cruz, and Blackburn will likely ask some tough questions. There are a few others who at times can drill down who will be asking questions.
We will have a good idea of where this is going pretty quickly in the hearings when we hear the questions - not just the answers.
If Rosenstein immediately starts deflecting to Comey, Mueller, and others we will have our answer. There is no longer any basis to declare him to be a “white hat” as some have done. This thing looks worse every week.
