Really? You think that “evidence” is going to make a difference?
OTOH, “we have evidence but can’t release it right now” is *sometimes* codespeak for “we need more time to get our stiry straight.”
Yes, it could make a big difference. It could make a big difference as to individual officers. Hypothetically, suppose that the autopsy comes back and says that the victim died from a drug overdose and not from the way the police officers handled him physically. Thats not murder. They probably couldnt even prove assault. Again, Im not making any firm conclusions. Until I see an autopsy, and until I see a video of what happened that prompted the officers to be on top of this guy, Im withholding judgment.
Exactly.
As awful as the death of this man was while in police custody, stop and think for a nanosecond what will happen in not just Minneapolis...but across the country, IF...IF the actual real evidence comes out that a murder charge for any of the police just isn't justifiable under the law.
I think what we've seen so far regarding the rioting will be very minor.
Perhaps the best thing is for the results of the full investigation to be release sometime during this winter...for several reasons.
From a YouTube link posted yesterday...

Hell no.
The myth that poor Mike Brown was shot in the back with his hands up is still propagated by the left.
We’ll see what the evidence shows.
