My mom is in the area, she gets a text to come rescue him, employees are standing outside, "they" are inside taking every damn thing.

Target has dismissed their employees for two weeks with pay who worked in the looted target stores. They are not fired they will be relocated to other branches.
I think in my city there’s only one micro Center location.

Your advice won’t work 100% of the time. Of course, you never implied that. But it will work maybe 95% of the time. That makes it very good advice.
