I’m not saying it couldn’t be happening. But the video does NOT show what they claim it shows. It shows what appears to be two police officers, and a police vehicle. There are bricks in the back. They take a few bricks out.
I don’t see them place the bricks anywhere. I don’t see a pile of bricks that they are making. Certainly not a pallet.
And if there IS a pallet — then what is happening, are they saying that someone brought an empty pallet, and then the police came buy and stacked bricks from a trunk of a car onto the pallet?
I think you could also imagine that the police have been picking up bricks, and putting them in the truck, and the video is edited to make it look like they are placing them somewhere.
none of thos pictures, or the videos they came from, show any police actually taking bricks and placing them anywhere.
THe first two could just be normal brick deliveries.
THe last picture looks like a bunch of bricks that match the pavement. Could be people pulled up bricks to use, and then the cleanup people collected them and piled them all up at the tree, to be hauled away later.
I also think Antifa could be bringing pallets of bricks and planting them.
I have a hard time believing the police could do this in multiple cities and states, and there isn’t a single picture of them actually placing them, and nobody can get anybody to admit to it or tattle on them. maybe, but it seems incredulous, and it seems much more likely that the outside agitators are planting the bricks.
So these four geniuses set themselves up for the possibility of life in prison because they’re down with the struggle.

And the rioters try to show up while the protesters are still there, so the police have to gas the protesters, and create more news, and it makes it harder for police to catch the rioters.
FOrtunately, in my city, after the first night, where an actual Virginia House delegate HELPED the protesters resist the police, the protests were taken over by a pastor, who has done a great job of keeping these peaceful. On one night, a couple of windows got broken, and police were able to catch rioters and looters without using any tear gas or bullets, and the next day it doesn’t look like any damage was done to anything.

You accused real cops of something within the context of this thread which is based on a video falsely promoted as showing the activities of real cops when, in fact, they are not real cops (they are rent-a-cops).
