Nope. Expressly prohibited under Article 1 Section 9 and Article 4 Section 4 of the Constitution, the 1807 Insurrection Act and the 1968 Anti-Riot Act.

By “nope” I meant they aren’t allowed.

GFY, Heiko

It’ll take a couple more generations before you people consider presuming to lecture anyone about anything.

So do I, but it really is not legal per their Basic Law. Article 5:
  1. Every person shall have the right freely to express and disseminate his opinions in speech, writing and pictures and to inform himself without hindrance from generally accessible sources.

Freedom of the press and freedom of reporting by means of broadcasts and films shall be guaranteed.

    There shall be no censorship.

  2. These rights shall find their limits in the provisions of general laws, in provisions for the protection of young persons and in the right to personal honor.

  3. Arts and sciences, research and teaching shall be free.

The freedom of teaching shall not release any person from allegiance to the constitution.
The way these laws read are very similar to the USSR’s constitution and its format.

“Limits”...slander, child pornography...you object? US laws allow that?

Red herring. None of that is free expression.

Imposing limits on free expression by “the provision of general laws” makes the article in question an echo of the USSR constitution, exactly like I said. Never mind the “positive rights” format, also shared with the USSR constitution and contrasted with the “negative liberty” format of the USA’s First Amendment.

Oh look.

Neo-commie chieftain Maass, one of whose spoiled, featherbrained brats is an Antifa member, is fomenting hatred between ordinary Americans and everyday Germans again, who otherwise just try to live their everyday lives.

Divide et impera. Divide and rule. Oldest trick in the book.

Maass, you half-French dunderhead, if I were not a Christian I’d spit on you and on the neomarxist ideology to which you are a slave.

But, as the Good Book says, blessed are the poor in spirit - and that’s what all you commies are.

Leftism is not an opinion. It is a psychiatric diagnosis.
