Obviously something went wrong if not even the GOP electorate wanted him anymore.

Joni Ernst’s Challenger appears to be a Karen (vs a 3 star Admiral) so that’s good news.

At Least when I visit my parents in Omaha I don’t have to hear about her war hero democrat challenger in wall to wall ads Targeting republicans in the west of Iowa.

If he had won and beat Ernst, the NU/Iowa game would be interesting, since he is a Husker.

Look for Steve King to be hired by CNN as a GOP Commentator.

LOL. Yeah right. CNN needs a staunch pro-life conservative who supports enforcing our immigration laws, reducing legal immigration, and securing the border. La Raza and MALDEF consider him enemy #1.

LOL. It’s not like we have much of a record sending solid conservatives to Congress. The GOP caucus is filled with Chamber of Commerce zombies. Literal dead weight.

The open borders RINOs put a shiv into him. Congress and the nation lost a good man tonight. King was a big time winner in almost all of his races. He dominated the Dem candidates.

We need to face some ugly truths: that the GOP prefers progressive Democrats and their policies to POTUS, MAGA and conservatives like Steve King. Now we must proceed accordingly and hold the GOP as an institution responsible for this betrayal of our American Heritage.

The GOP electorate in Iowa, in the main, have rolled with the Establishment GOP for as long as memory serves.

What is wrong with Iowa???

The farmers are idiots. I used to be a truck driver. I was amazed at how brainwashed the farmers were. They ate drank and slept with CNN. And they looked at me like they were smart and expected me to be impressed!

What went wrong was McCarthy and other open border RINOs reinforcing Dem charges that King was a racist. They took him off all of the committees essentially putting him in solitary. No matter how much his constituents may have liked him, his exile from Congress by the GOP leadership raised questions about his effectiveness and character.

Ryan, Cantor, and the rest of the GOP Congressional leadership were upset about his immigration positions. The C of C hated him. La Raza and Maldef wanted him removed.

I found him to be a man of great integrity and principle. The Establishment despises such men. Sad day for America.

Kris Kobach is experiencing similar attacks from the Establishment. Kris is one of the most impressive people I have ever met.

Feenstra’s candidacy has also been supported by conservative political commentator and radio host, Ben Shapiro, who urged his Twitter followers to donate to Feenstra’s campaign

That’s just terrible. With 96% of the votes counted, Feenstra looks like he’ll win by a 10% margin. How is this kind of victory margin in a primary even possible over an incumbent Rep?

Cuz he is getting older and shot himself in the foot doing a stupid interview with the New York Times and saying he doesn’t know why the term white supremacy is offensive. Not a good idea unless you are an excellent debater. This got all twisted and he got labeled a racist. He lost his committee seats. Don’t you all remember?

King was also supported by Shapiro 2 months earlier. So his endorsement doesn't mean anything.

I don’t understand some of these pols. Why do they make these obvious mistakes? Why talk to the liberal media?

Taken out of context by the NYT just like the Charlottesville story about Trump. King is not a racist nor does he make racist remarks. La Raza and MALDEF call King a racist. So does the SPLC.

The GOPe didn’t defend King. Instead they willingly bought the NYT line and disciplined King by taking him off all the committees hence branding him as a racist. Hard to get the nomination after that.

I was being sarcastic about Shapiro who is lousy on immigration. Any real conservative wouldn’t want his endorsement.
