I finally read the article. Thieves broke in, got into the key lockup, took the keys/fobs, located the cars with the fobs, cranked’em up and drove off.
Want to bet, next riot...ALL of the keys go home in a box with the bossman.

Well, all of the ‘luxury cars’ out there these days have GPS tracking. They’ll be easy enough to find and prosecute the thieves.
