I think they’d be in danger if the local Starbucks ran out of those $7 marginal cheesecakes, or the local grocery ran out of diet Tab.
I don’t think these people are capable of living full and rich lives. They seem to be acting more like 12-year-old kids.
It will continue to get worse. There is nothing you can do to make it any better or even stay the same.
