The following is a full transcript of the Oral Arguments held by the DC Circuit Appellate Court in reference to a Petition for a Writ of Mandamus by General Michael T. Flynn, supported by the Department of Justice, to stop the now innecesary proceedings in the District Court. A decision from the three-Judge panel will be forthcoming.
The arguments were held by teleconference due to restrictions imposed by COVID-19 measures rendering an appearance in court impossible.

They don't have to reconvene. They can just issue their decision on the mandamus, or other direction to the District Court.
In addition to my earlier post, I ought to predict what will happen and when. Judge Rao and Judge Wilkins will vote 1-1 on the motion to dismiss (the mandamus). The swing vote is Judge Henderson. I don’t way she is going to go, but I am going to predict that she will vote with Rao and therefore, the writ will be granted and the insanity will end.
Before reading this transcript, I would have predicted that the writ would not be granted. That’s because I have only heard from the talking heads and even the conservative ones think that the Appeals Court Panel will allow Sullivan to proceed with the Inquisition. While Judge Henderson stepped up to defend Judge Sullivan, she did really not defend Ms. Wilkinson position and I think that she was listening very carefully to Sydney Powell’s points. The facts and the law (includiing specifically on the Constitution) is on Flynn’s side. Pounding was all that Wilkinson could do and that’s what she did. The Appeals Court Panel will issue their decision before the end of June.
I hope so. Imagine this continuing and becoming an election talking point for Trump haters etc. and Warren getting appointed as AG in 2021.

Its an old phrase which originated with the british Courts, and the expression goes all the way back when the King himself held court.
may oit please the court is an expression of courtly manner, indicating that the argument or averement , or petition is about to begin. it is especially appropriate in application before a High Court for an extraordinary writ, of Mandamus or Certiorari, which are not granted as a matter of right, but as a remedy of privilege from the Court.
“May it please the court,” is an opening indicating that the case is about to begin.

I listened to it live. Wilks was awful. So glad it was avail for public to hear. Now when you read transcript its worse. Glad there is a permanent record of this racist judge. Can Minneapolis cops cops use this in their favor?
Would wilks outrageous comments help in appeal to SCOTUS?

Sullivan is deep state dirt. He allowed all kinds of illegality in the Ted Stevens trial. Afterwards he ordered an investigation in order to appear like he was angry about DOJ behavior. Nothing came of it except one suicide.

Sydney Powell is a BRILLIANT ATTORNEY. That being said.. the court is intentionally stonewalling the dismissal of this case because they KNOW that once dismissal is finalized a $HITLOAD of documents and information will become public which in turn will BURY the Dimms for decades.
The Dimms are working feverishly to keep the Titanic from sinking. Problem is, in the LONG TERM, it's impossible to prevent.. just delay it momentarily.
In actuality, the SHOW is OVER but the Dimms REFUSE to allow the curtain to drop or close.
This is a MAJOR TRAVESTY of JUSTICE. Heads will eventually roll and the rest of the cockroaches will run back into the woodwork as the sun sets on the swamp.
