The following is a full transcript of the Oral Arguments held by the DC Circuit Appellate Court in reference to a Petition for a Writ of Mandamus by General Michael T. Flynn, supported by the Department of Justice, to stop the now innecesary proceedings in the District Court. A decision from the three-Judge panel will be forthcoming.

The arguments were held by teleconference due to restrictions imposed by COVID-19 measures rendering an appearance in court impossible.

This is NOT an official document, but the author's rendition of the recording of the teleconference:

DC, and its _courts_ are unable to perform the most basic lawful laws. Because DC and its courts are not part of USA anymore. They represent DC and the interests of enemies foreign and domestic that control it.

Ugh, by their responses the judges seem bound and determined to flaunt the right of POTUS here. Not looking good.

Flynn aside will this not constitute a constitutional crisis? The judiciary is basically flaunting AG Barr, the Justice Department, and by extension the will of POTUS?

Couldn’t President Trump give a pardon only on the contempt charge? That would make the Judge come up with another possible charge to extend this thing.

The courts are corrupt. Try Sullivan in a tribunal for abuse of power and crimes against the Constitution.
