Build it up to the sky.
does under construction include “preconstruction?” We can add the three for the total?
I’d love to see all this mapped out along with a timeline for completion. I know the caravan isn’t dominating the news cycle right now and typically immigration (including the illegal variety) drops during poor economic conditions, but this problem isn’t just going to disappear forever on its own. As soon as we get our economy roaring again, they’ll come in hordes from wherever south of us.
I welcome legal immigrants who can be self-sufficient, have job skills, education, are background checked, and don’t pose a threat to anyone. Illegals have zero screening and pour in expecting welfare and free medical care. No thanks!
Build it around NY
Imagine a Mexico where mexicans stayed in their own country, and fought to make it a better place.
Could you imagine how great it would be to deal with a non-corrupt Mexico and mexican citize ty that dealt with their own corruption and criminals?
Can you imagine how happy the law abiding mexicans would be?
Now that would be something to be proud of.

Are there any lawsuits still outstanding that could slow the wall anywnere, outside of Texas.
immigration moratorium

Is there still a lawsuit on the 2020 military construction funds winding through the courts?
Is it possible that it can be continued from San Diego up the mountains to the Canadian border, i.e., wall out the coast but let the Central Valley, Oregon east of Mt. Hood and the plains of Washington to join with the remaining states? We’ll deal with Illinois, WI, Minn and the NE separately.
