“when we refuse to fix our schools”

We’ve been ‘fixing’ our schools my entire life. That usually means giving more funding to the teachers, hiring more diversity counselors and trying the latest wack scheme thought up by a Marxist education expert.

I have been utterly confused by the tendency toward fads in education. One cockamamie thing after the other, all of them a waste of time, money or both.
