The Gangsterization of the Democrat Party
American Thinker ^ | July 8, 2020 | Gary Gindler

Posted on 07/08/2020 3:46:04 PM PDT by WWII_Historian

Let's start with a series of rhetorical questions related to the upcoming presidential elections:

– Does a broken storefront add votes to the Democrats?

– Does a burning car add votes to the Democrats?

– Does a killed or wounded policeman add votes to the Democrats?

– Does a toppled statue add votes to the Democrats?

– Does an "autonomous zone" add votes to the Democrats?

– Does a demolished synagogue or a destroyed church add votes to the Democrats?

Simple human logic suggests that the answers to all these questions are negative. Why do Democrats do all of this? Currently, the majority opinion is solidly against the rioters. Why did Democrats move from ideological gangsterism to a real one? After all, this is silly, just silly. Democrats have brought America into a post-Orwellian world, in which they demanded the presence of the police at a protest rally dedicated to defunding of police. So many police officers, abandoned by their Democrat mayors, decided to go Galt. Are Democrats complete blockheads or political duffers? What is prevailing here — (D)egeneratism or (D)ementia?

I belong to the camp of those who don't consider Democrats idiots. This raises the question: why, then, are they slipping into this criminal quagmire? To answer this question, we need to understand how the mass disinformation media work.

As an example, consider the analogy with the stock market. Many believe that the stock market instantly responds to the latest economic news. This is far from the case.

The stock market does not respond to news as such. It responds to the expectation of how the news can affect the state of an already established portfolio in about six months.

Bottom line:

If people are content, safe, and prosperous they will vote for the incumbent.
If people are unemployed, starving, scared, or even uncomfortable, they vote for change.

I'm not talking about the base of either party - they've already decided who they will vote for. I'm talking about the mushy middle. If you get them to vote for you along with your base, you win.

It's really not that complicated.

The Demonicrats do it because all the way down into their pro-murder-by-abortion, racist, socialistic, perverted, Constitution-hating, hellbound souls Demonicrats enjoy giving aid and comfort to the enemy.

The Democrats are selling themselves as the party that can stop future riots. That’s what they did in the 60s. War on poverty et. al.

It convenient that the Democrats have standing militias in the BLM and antifa ready to riot on the moments notice. Anarchy frightens people. Democrats say trust us, we can reason with the rioters. It’ll cost ya a few trillion though. It’s a protection racket.

It’s almost boring to repeat what has been pointed out a millions times that the Democrat Party is organized crime.

The Looter Party has always been gangsterized.

Not a flaw, it’s a feature.

So while riots concentrate in heavily Democratic states, nobody should expect any reckless movement from the White House. Stopping vandalism in the states that traditionally vote for Democrats will not offer Trump a single electoral vote. In a simple Machiavellian way, Trump forces the electorate in such states to enjoy the preview of socialism they dream of.

YEP.

The mobsters have probably affected 1% - 2% of the total Democrat voters in the US by pushing them to PDJT.

The Trump voters? Zero percent.

As we get closer the progs will escalate.

Let them show the voters what they are really all about.

If you follow the liberal media, these acts were committed by recessed-gene Republican white supremacists, not Democrat-aligned thugs. Really! Incredibly, they’re getting away with it. If nothing else, Democrats are masters of political theater and propaganda. They learned it from their Marxist theorists. Unfortunately it works.

I thought this was a good article.

The Democrats are in a panic because they see their control of the courts slipping away. President Trump has had four years of replacing district and appellate court judges. He replaced two Supreme Court justices with younger versions.

Democrats know that Ginsberg (who probably died about four times already) doesn't have another one in her. With rumors of Alito and Thomas wanting to retire, if Trump wins in 2020, that means he will get to replace 75+ judges with 50 year old versions, giving conservatives a likely 6-3 court for the next 30 years.

That's why they're resorting to literal scorched earth tactics. Their only play left is to scare voters into not turning out in November, or to shame them into voting away their own interests on behalf of some perceived "correcting the wrong" of slavery.

I dont think the Democrats are idiots, I think they are evil. Fools yes, idiots no.

Perhaps not, considering the leaps and bounds American communism has made in since the 1950s, and is now a juggernaut about to roll over us.

I think they *are* idiots that made those gains unopposed.

Democrats Communists are the party of no-compromise, sorched earth, going for the jugular, "we won, you lost, get over it". Also the part of un-forced errors and overreach,

while Republicans, in contrast, are the milquetoast party of compromise and chumpish bipartisanship. It's no wonder the Democrats Communists control congress even when they're in the minority.

I have modified Kipling's poem, for a parody which reflects the situation the progressives have placed us in:

Paying Progressive Dane-Geld

It is always a temptation to an entitled population
To call upon a neighbour and to say: —
“We rioted last night—we are quite prepared to fight,
Unless you pay us cash to go away.”

And that is called asking for Dane-geld,
And the people who ask it explain
That you’ve only to pay ‘em the Dane-geld
And then you’ll get rid of the Dane!

It is always a temptation,  with Orwellian dictation,
To puff and look important and to say: —
“You are oppressed. White men caused this mess.
We will pay you public cash to go away.”

And that is called paying the Dane-geld;
But we’ve proved it again and again,
That if once you have paid him the Dane-geld
You never get rid of the Dane.

It is wrong to put temptation to a youthful population,
For fear they should succumb and go astray;
So when you are requested to pay up or be molested,
You will find it better policy to say: —

“We never pay any-one Dane-geld,
No matter how trifling the cost;
For the end of that game is oppression and shame,
And the nation that pays it is lost!”

We have been paying Dane-Geld to progressive ideologists and cultural Marxists  for more than 50 years. The cost has been in the trillions. The damage done to our society, moral and Constitutional norms, is incalculable.  It must be stopped, before our nation is lost. We came very close to losing the nation.

Republicans have been mostly Progressives for the last 60 years.

It has not been a Democrat vs Republican contest. It has been a Progressive v. Conservative contest. Many Democrats were conservative up until 1970.

The Progressives have controlled the Media for 70 years, at least.

It is hard to find a politician who does not have a Progressive outlook. They have mostly been trained to accept Progressive philosophy as bedrock reality.

We have gradually been training Conservatives for 50 years.

What happens if Antifa riots on election day in predominantly Republican precincts?

What happens on election day if BLM stops white people from entering polling places?
