The names are unique, but they are definitely not “Trailer trash“ names.
Sometimes the marriage is sadder. My ex and I get along much better now than the last 10 years of our marriage. My girlfriends ex has not spoken to his children since their divorce, the girls call him the sperm donor.
Ditto here on knowing conservative people thinking she was not too smart ... including one from Alaska. Why vote for her? ... a stupid Republican is always a better choice than a brilliant demonkrap is the reason.
Your point on the significance of MSM is right on. This is what makes America unusually great - Trump takes them head on for their partisanship, hypocrisy and corruption. He has damaged them more than they realize or will admit. The MSM type-casted Sarah Palin, the SNL pre-election (free $$$ campaign contribution) was very damaging to her personally and to the campaign. Also McCain campaign had its million dollar consultants swoop in and give her a crash course on how to behave and act as a VP candidate in a way that was unnatural for her. The consultants should have used her natural strengths instead of trying to fit her into the DC mold...though it would not have helped as Emperor obozo was going to be elected the minute McCain pointed out in the campaign that obozo was a nice guy and if he was elected he would support obozo.

We’ll probably never know in her case but living under the media microscope intent on tearing her down at every turn had to be a significant contributing factor that changed their marriage. Her husband couldn’t go to Home Deport in his pick-up without it being a media event. Very difficult to resume a “normal” life after what they went through. The fact that they made it for as long as they did is a testament that they did everything they could.

Fascinating. With such a short history of white settlement, I'd expect Alaska to have a disproportionate number of Indian place names.
Special needs kids also stack the pressure. In my case, the ex just decided she needed a change, didn’t have a reason, so attempted to invent one that involved LEOs.
It didn’t go well for anyone, however, and I escaped unscathed. My kids? Not so much. And she’s dating one man-child after another.
This latest one commented the ex was a ‘screamer’ in bed . . . to my youngest son (16).
The last one was basically unemployed and lazy, and sponged off of her for two years. Once he left, all kinds of money for the kids became available. Amazing how that all works.
The kids can’t stand her now, and in her mid-50s, she’s starting to get a sense of how slim her pickings now really are.

Yes it does. Unfortunately most look for another partner and find out the new are always the same as the old. These events are the greatest opportunity to find oneself and the joy that comes with it.
I tend to make assumptions about people who use apostrophes for plurals the way you make assumptions about people who give their kids unusual names.
I so hope that Sarah decides to reinvent herself as the new junior senator from the state of Alaska replacing the Rino Murkowski.

I’m exact age as you and was thinking the same! She looks really good to me.
Since Todd often stayed in the background I tend to think that with all the troubled lives his kids had later on and the troublesome times that continued...the man likely wanted some peace in his life. All the kids raised except Trigs special care, which he's asked for custody,I suspect his limit had been reached in tolerating it all. Especially with his reason given for divorcing Sarah.....(he's the one who filed for divorce)....and they did go for counseling...so he certainly went as far as this could take to resolve. Sometimes there's no other solution. I think that's what happened here....enough was enough.
Sarah is an extremely attractive woman glasses and all. She has that natural beauty that seems to often be lacking these days.
Now now middle aged adults still fall in love and in Sarah’s case she is gorgeous.
