SPJNK.
It was Belgrade, Serbia.
See my reply # 9.
BLCE Agents are NOT State Troopers and cannot enforce vehicle code or crimes code, even though they are in the administrative structure of the Pennsylvania State Police.
They can stop vehicles ONLY for liquor violations...mostly for bootlegging.
And people demand that we respect the police?
JoMa
They have no authority
I grew up in Philly in Philly is completely retarded utterly completely and totally retarded when it comes to alcohol
You can only yes you can only purchase alcohol from a state run and approved liquor distribution center of which theres typically maybe three and entire community
To get a license to be one of these facilities takes dozens of years and millions of dollars
The only other place you can purchase alcohol in the state of Pennsylvania is it a six pack from a bar
It is a total mafia union government run operation lock stock and barrel and it doesnt matter who gets elected it never changes
Good. I have found myself traveling at about 85 mph on the blue route. I hear cars/motorcycles going maybe 100 mph on I95. You cna get where you want to go real quick. just don’t hang out in a bar. best use of state police i could have ever come up with.
ou can only yes you can only purchase alcohol from a state run and approved liquor distribution center of which theres typically maybe three and entire community>> wrong. you drive to total wine in delaware.
I’ve entered my seventh decade in Pennsylvania.
I can remember the days when, as I.B. posted, you had to ask the shriveled old clerk to bring out a bottle from the back. Not first-hand.
Self-service “Pennsyvlania State Stores” came about just about the time I came of age for legal purchase.
We used to be able to purchase 24 cans or more from a beer distributor or up to 2-packs from a bar or tavern. Now distributors sell 12 and 15 packs.
Wine and beer can now be purchased at some convenience stores and some supermarkets.
But you can’t one-stop-shop for beer, wine and liquor.
That’s when it’s nice living near the Mason-Dixon. Just watch for cars with PA government tags near the establishment and take an indirect route to the Interstate.
“Pa. state police to conduct more COVID-19 compliance checks at bars, restaurants over the weekend...”
Why not? They’ve got nothing else better to do like...oh I don’t know...watching over monuments and statues.
Demand they produce a Warrant. Refuse entry if they dont have one.

If they are in the administrative structure of the Pennsylvania State Police, they are essentially Pennsylvania State Police, duh
PA’s major cities are having record high murders. Philadelphia is at a ten year record and will likely break even more records considering it’s only July now. Then there’s also increased car thefts too, or at least was since people not leaving their homes male it easier to steal their cars. Criminals in PA are having a holiday.
Two months ago I watched a County emergency management lady measure the distances between the lines taped on the floor in a restaurant in front of the cash register.
PSP Troopers do NOT consider PA-BLCE agents their peers!
Most of them resent having the agents foisted on them.
Everyone just claim to be looters raiding the bar and all is good, right?
All that EMA-Karen could do is rat out to the PA Department of Agriculture or PA Department of Health if the lines were (shudder) 5’ 31/32” apart.
What a wasted of taxpayer $$$
What a wasted “life”.
Resist?
Serbia...Thanks....it should be a model for us all!
The ministry of no fun is out to be sure no one has any fun
