Whiteness Since white people in America hold most of the political, institutional, and economic power, they receive advantages that nonwhite groups do not. Whiteness and white racialized identity refer to the way that white people, their customs, culture, and beliefs operate as the standard by which all other groups of are compared.
One thing this is doing is telling us how totally racist most black people are.

I don’t see how it’s telling us that. It’s telling us about whoever the people are who put this material out.
By the way, I’ve seen the author of “White Fragility” on TV and she doesn’t look to me like she’s a black person. Also, a lot of the “BLM” protesters I’ve seen are white
So the Smithsonian is confirming what many non-blacks have believed about blacks for hundreds, if not thousands of years.

I’m already aware that those are White and Asian traits.
They’re also the traits of tens of millions of blacks. This material is anti-black racism, imo. Ever heard of Clarence Thomas or Thomas Sowell? Or for that matter Juan Williams or Clarence Page? You think any of them don’t practice these habits?
How soon before Smithsonian pouts yup signs “No Whites Allowed”?
I see their criteria of “white” culture more as “American” culture. We are a multicultural society. Successful individuals of any race pretty much check off the boxes in that list.

These are racist anti-black stereotypes. Congress should investigate how/if they’re being funded by tax dollars
When you are told you cannot be a racist because you’ve magic melanin it should be no surprise to anyone that you end up being very racist.
Rather than racism be something you do or don’t do it has become a feature of the color of your skin thanks to the Left’s idiotic bigoted ideology.

The authors of this material seem to want to demean and hurt blacks by persuading them that success habits and attitudes aren’t for them. As if people like Colin Powell and Barack Obama got where they are without practicing those habits. (Yes, even Obama, as much as I disagree with his policies, practiced self discipline in his life to get ahead; he also has a nuclear family, which this Smithsonian propaganda clams isn’t for “blacks”)
