Windows and Office are highly, highly complex pieces of code. They perform quite well considering the near infinite number of possibilities they have to perform against.
If you want to get a no-problem software then get BSD or get a command line interface.
The problems get fixed and then there are other areas that come up in a complex system.
Why don’t you use Linux instead? or better yet BSD?

Because it’s the best for non-arts business. You can build programs on top of Windows clients far more easily than Apple. And linux would be even easier - but most users can’t code to save their lives
