New NV Law Allows Democrats to Enter Nursing Homes, Vote for Dementia Patients without Their Signature (VIDEO)

Radical Democrat Governor Sisolak and Nevada Democrats called a special session this past weekend with no public present and inside of 24 hours they rammed through mail-in voting and ballot harvesting. Democrats did this during the special leglislative session.

The Democrats are going to cheat at all costs to keep the state from going to Donald Trump! The new Democrat law allows people not related to or friends with elderly voters to fill out their ballots and turn them in to be counted!

On Monday Laura Ingraham spoke with former Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt about these new rules that were pushed through by lawless Democrats in a nighttime vote over the weekend.

Laxalt reminded Laura that the ballot harvesting means Democrats can enter nursing homes and fill in ballots for dementia patients without their signature.

Adam Laxalt: You’ve chronicled it. I’ve chronicled it. There is clearly voter fraud all over the country and this is a huge deal. And she’s talking about ballot harvesting which is illegal in Nevada until this new bill was passed. And your listeners have heard of granny harvesting. Imagine paid Democrat operatives or Republicans being able to go into senior living homes, take advantage of our elders and in this legislation they can even sign it for them. So this thing is absolutely ripe for fraud.

They’ve been doing that in California for years..,,,,,, Its not only there, the mentally challenged homes also. I guess they ran out of graves? There is always the national cemeteries if it wasn’t that they would be visually exposed.

Does anybody on our side plan to do anything about this?

So are Republicans prevented from doing the same thing? I bet that if the Republicans start showing up to do this that someone will be really mad. Might even be mad enough to call the cops or perhaps even prohibit anyone from doing this.

If the Republicans get good at it, you can bet that the Dems will repeal the law.

With Covid, no one but staff and established family/friends/visitors should be allowed in nursing homes, period.

I clicked on "view replies" to your question. It came back, "No Replies."

I think that answers your question. And it also underscores why the Conservative movement is dying.

So, if the law truly makes it legal to fill in ballots for dementia patients in nursing homes, and assuming you can even get into a nursing home (how do you do that with COVID lockdowns), the republicans should be hiring people to do this right now. I assume the democrats will. If it is legal, we should do it.

I wonder if two people submit for the same person, which one gets counted?

this has been going on for years.

I remember talking to Marxists who were doing this in West Hartford CT, in 1960d

... allow outsiders in “to help with voting” AND It would also be a HIPPA violation to allow this.

I am hoping that even the retirement homes will us HIPPA to keep these people out. If the owners are Democrats, that is another story.

If Dems can go in & vote on behalf of the residents, then the family members can go in and visit their elders.

If the family members can’t visit, then neither can the Dems .

Do it too, that was my thought. I once asked my husband, born in Peoria, about the Democrat machine politics in Chicago. He said that Republican election games in southern Illinois probably balanced anything that Chicago did.

Can the Republicans of Nevada ask that federal election monitors be stationed in key cities?
