I am with you. The only reason that has not happened I think is that Flynn would still prefer to clear his name thru the courts.

Trump should immediately rehire him after the case is dismissed.
Flynn will be cleared in the courts, and the he can sue the Federal government, the conspirators to overthrown Trump, and his former attorneys who could have had the case dismissed within a few months at a very low cost. This is one reason no one should be in a rush to hire an attorney. Make the prosecution show all their cards. It’s not that hard.
I believe the prosecutors and Flynn’s attorneys conspired to ruin him financially so he’d have to take a plea deal.
