You are aware (I hope) that people rarely, if ever change their basic character, which is set in childhood.

I did stupid shit like start a fist fight, swear, skipped school, and maybe had a beer. In retrospect, skipping school was a good thing since public schools are trash.
Not once did it cross my mind to get a camcorder and shoot porn with a girlfriend though. Not once. I was never into blackmail too.
Some kinds of stupid shit are just that ... stupid shit. Some kinds of stuff is indicative of a genuine mental/psychological problems. Scum like that seem to be attracted to politics since they seem to get off on controlling people. I have no doubt this “kid” falls into that scum category.
For him, middle school was about 5 years ago. He's only 19. But to me, he sounds like a typical democrat.
