The grand jury then decides whether or not to indict.

I think there's a handful of 'the enemy among us' that have set the tone all along. And the sheeply among us, not wanting to appear to rock the boat, sheep right along with 'em. In this way, they give the illusion of being somehow knowledgeable, avoid criticism, and get to hang out with what they consider the 'cool kids'.

This is common sheep behavior. Basic psychology.

There is no rule of law, just politics to win elections. We have seen zero law enforcement from Trump and his administration.

I predict late this week. Indictments were not going to come during either of the two parties national conventions. They cannot come much beyond Labor Day, because that marks the fall general campaign.

There are also some hints. The first indictment, a relatively minor one, should lead to more in relatively short order. Attorney General Barr has been dropping strong hints. And I do believe that in the days leading up to indictments we should expect an eerie quietness.

I remain optimistic. We are told that Durham will act by the end of summer. Some people point out that, technically, summer ends on Sept 22. But I think most people assume summer ends on Labor Day. I would like to see indictments from Durham this week. Kick off the Fall with a bang, even if it is, technically, a few weeks “early”.
