Yesterday I heard some idiot say that white folks don’t need “the talk.” Then they said that “the talk” was daddy saying, “Obey the police.”
WHAT?!
My daddy said to obey the police... my teacher... the coach... my pastor... my mother...
Not in that order, by the way.
The real problem is, Daddy ain’t around and Mama thinks her baby is an angel and don’t you touch my boy!
Evidently, these bad-ass antifa are too afraid to riot in any majority black cities. They claim to be destroying public and private property on behalf of their black brethren, but are terrified of being around actual black people.
White antifa have been rioting in Portland (super white!) for more than three months now. On the rare occasion when they get arrested, they’re immediately released, often bailed out with funds provided by white celebrities like Seth Rogen, Abbi Jacobson and Steve Carell.
Now that’s “white privilege.”

I got “the talk” when I was a teen. Didn’t listen. Got my ass beat and still have a scar above my eye from the cop’s baton. At least I was smart enough to know that trying to grab for a gun, my own or the officers, was a very bad idea. I didn’t believe my dad actually knew anything until I was in my early twenties. Then I began to realize all the advice I had ignored as a kid was really pretty damn good. The whole idea of “the talk” being a black thing is condescending.
I got “the talk” as part of driver’s ed class in 1963, and I’m a white female. My granddaughter tells me she did too, last year when she got her license.
Hell; this old white does all these things; too!

It seems like an entire generation of kids has learned all about made-up rights – ‘rights’ to proper food in the dorms, the ‘right’ not to hear messages that they don’t like in a classroom, and a ‘right’ not to be offended.They’re coddled, uptight, mean bigots. Just look at the crazies at CHOP in Seattle or the radicals tearing down statues of Abraham Lincoln and George Washington if you doubt it.
