Let's put out the dumpster fire here. Yes, it's bad that the ballots are allowed after election day. But they must be postmarked.

Mark Levin has the solution, the Pennsylvania Legislature needs to overrule this tomorrow. Signatures MUST match and ballots must be received by Election Day! No exceptions!

dumb dumb dumb If you cannot get it mailed in advance, you are probably too dumb to vote. Everyone has to know there is a reason for the later and later deadline. We are idiots.

That’s not what is being reported on Lou Dobbs at this very moment.
According to Lou Dobbs the ruling says that Post Marks are NOT necessary and that signature mismatches are not disqualifying. He has Tom Fitton as a guest discussing this right now.

Okay, postmarked by 8 p.m. on election day. That’s the same as the law in Oregon.

But the court still admits that they are allowing the state to violate existing election law, right?

I thought the USPS does not post mark prepaid envelopes. Maybe these require a stamp, or maybe they changed their policy... except I also read a federal judge put an injunction on the USPS from making changes to procedures.

What a mess.

Hopeneveryome is arming up. The election is being stolen. They will not call PA until at least 3 days after the election. That is the plan. The judges are paid. off

“I thought the USPS does not post mark prepaid envelopes.”

That is correct. So, therefore there is no proof any ballot to be counted was actually sent on or before the 3rd. Couple this with signature mismatches are not disqualifying and we have an election rigging operation sanctioned by the dem dominated PA Supreme Court.

Looks like I trusted Fox News too much on this one. After reading the court order, it appears to be ambiguous. Have a look at the Conclusion.

-——————— Quote —————————

IV. CONCLUSION
Based on our disposition of all of the claims set forth above, we grant relief on the claims set forth in Counts I, II, and V of the Democratic Party’s petition for review as follows and hold that: (Count I) the Election Code permits county boards of election to collect hand-delivered mail-in ballots at locations other than their office addresses including drop-boxes as indicated herein, see supra. at 20 n. 15; (Count II) a three-day extension of the absentee and mail-in ballot received-by deadline is adopted such that ballots mailed by voters via the United States Postal Service and postmarked by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day , November 3, 2020, shall be counted if they are otherwise valid and received by the county boards of election on or before 5:00 p.m. on November 6, 2020; ballots received within this period that lack a postmark or other proof of mailing, or for which the postmark or other proof of mailing is illegible, will be presumed to have been mailed by Election Day unless a preponderance of the evidence demonstrates that it was mailed after Election Day; (Count V) the poll watcher residency requirement set forth in Section 2687(b) of the Election Code, 25 P.S. § 2687(b), is constitutional.

You are correct and if you dig way down in the actual court order, it says that ballots received without a post mark are presumed to have been mailed in a timely manner unless there is overwhelming evidence to the contrary. This is a wide open door where however many ballots necessary can be manufactured and submitted after the fact.

Fox News was wrong. Have a look at comment #11. Ballots don't need to be postmarked if mailed late, according to the conclusion of the court. Very ambiguous! Because the document repeatedly states before that conclusion, that the order pertains to ballots that are postmarked.

One deadline for me, another for thee. My signature matters but other don’t. How is that constitutional?

Our country is totally broken.

Change my comment in brackets in the headline (as per my comment #11 and the quote and link from the court document), or do whatever you like with the post above this thread. Thanks!

Just gives them a chance that if Pennsylvania is the deciding state for President they have 3 days to find ballots!
The postal union gave to Biden you think they can’t forge postmarks?

With the number of mail-in ballots coming off the presses by the ton, the Dems will create a dark cottage industry for filling them out.

One of these babies packed with boxes of Biden ballots front-to-back, floor-to-ceiling can win any election anywhere.

We're talking millions of votes here.

Article I

Section 4

The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.

The Court has no jurisdiction. The power to decide the time of the election is totally up to the Legislature.
