Haven't you noticed which side John Roberts has been voting with lately? He's a never Trumper that is out to destroy Trump and his presidency, if you ask me. Just like all the rest of the Bush clan.
Roberts is NOT a conservative never has been so the court would still be

6-3 is better than 5-3, especially when 1 of that 5 is squishy Roberts, who always goes with the left when it really matters.
The Traitor Roberts is not to be trusted to do anything correct. never assume he will do whats right. the final toss up in this will be 4-4 if left as it is. assuming a successful scotus pick, 5-4 in our favor should be highly likely, considering 3 of those were put there by Trump.
