This is getting serious very quickly. Levin is correct and these Republicans must get serious and act.
Why is there always an adjective in front of “conservative” talkers, journalists, senators,etc., but never one in front of liberals of any stripe?
The legislatures didn’t even do anything about the overreach of Covid restrictions. They certainly aren’t going to get riled up now.
The PA GOP are useless cowards, don’t count on them to do anything.

Sorry, Mark, but with DemocRAT Governess Nit-Whitmer in Michigan, she ain’t signing nothing the legislature passes to undo this mess.
This is going to go to the U.S. Supreme Court, With Ruth Bader Ginsberg gone, this abomination can be stopped. It will also illustrate that we must have a full 9 Justice Supreme Court in place before the election, because we will have dozens of challenges to the likely voter fraud that will occur in November. A gelded 8 justice Supreme Court will not be up to the Constitutional challenges that will face us.
Michigan Supreme Court is Majority Republican. They should overturn this out of control Judge. November 3 is ELECTION day. VOTERS deserve to know who won on that day.
Let’s not panic. The Michigan ruling requires ballots be post-marked by the day before Election Day. Unlike California, voters still need to request absentee ballots, so ballot harvesting will be difficult. Pennsylvania explicitly forbade all 3rd-party collection of ballots.
They should, but I bet they won’t.

How flexible is “Election Day” in the Constitution?
All the swing states have democrat governors except Florida. It will be the state courts like Wisconsin and PA that will decide this election.

The legislatures can meet and try to fix the issue but it won’t matter. The Courts will just reissue their ruling. Judges hold the high cards and can play them whenever they wish.
