It will also illustrate that we must have a full 9 Justice Supreme Court in place before the election, because we will have dozens of challenges to the likely voter fraud that will occur in November. A gelded 8 justice Supreme Court will not be up to the Constitutional challenges that will face us.
The original SCOTUS was a six member court.

With Ginsburg’s seat vacant, that leaves:
- 4 “known conservative” votes
- 1 “swing vote” (Roberts)
- 3 leftist votes.
Roberts is likely to lean towards the Constitutional position, along with the other conservatives.
Now an 8-member Supreme Court has actually become MORE conservative than it was yesterday.
