Team Trump is way ahead but team Nancy/Biden/Kamala intend to find a 100 million touchdowns in the truck of a car about a month after the election and some a**hole judge could very well declare them valid.

Agreed.

Not even close to being tied. And their latest behavior is further proof that they know they are screwed. I would love to know what their 'real' internal polling numbers show.

Breyer probably exits next term.

Rats admit that they use impeachment as a political tool and not a constitutional one.
We are supposed to forget that when they impeached him early this year they said he was trying to distract people with concern about Chinese Flu

I’m not seeing how it stops president Trump from doing anything. There is nothing but downside for her here - she probably needs another blow out.

Pelosi can step up as Pres. if there are no results called by Jan...Incorrect. LS has explained this a few times. It goes to some sort of delegation thing, I don't really understand it.... but from what I *DO* understand, we (Republicans) hold a large advantage.

What it means is that instead of each of the 435 House members voting independently, the majority of a state delegation is tallied. So, for example, CA may have 55 member votes, but it only has 1 D vote as the delegation from CA. MT may only have 3 member votes, but it counts as 1 R delegation vote.
There are more states that have R majorities than D majorities.
Make sense now?
