The virus is not responding to anything. I cannot respond. What an idiotic premise for an article. The various variations of the virus that can be stopped with masks and other measures are not relocating while ones that are not stopped continue to exist and become the dominate variation.
Variation is not evolution and virus cannot purposely respond to masks.
A new COVID-19 mutation appears to be . . . it could be . . . suggesting . . . it appeared to have . . . the findings suggest . . may become . . . this may have implications . . . it’s possible that . . . Yup, that’s today’s science.

I’m waiting for the study that Covid does EVERYTHING all the time. It’s coming.
The actual research states that the same strain that caused the March outbreak is not the same strain causing the cases now.
If its just some strain from nature probably not a big concern as that's what the flu does every year but if it is a bioweapon that can become more lethal by preying on the host then not so much..

Here is my theory: Covid-19 is mutating to hit leftists - Democrats and other malcontents. The symptoms are readily apparent - mass hysteria, screaming, rage, delusions and self-mutilation. It will continue past the election, and there is no cure except mass extermination.
