I think Thomas will definitely retire, after Trump’s re-election. What better time? He deserves some good time off, for enjoying this time with family and friends.
I’m wondering who would be the next, to bow out, after that......Sotamayor or Roberts....due to health issues? We’ll see.

That was one of my main reasons for wanting her. She is brilliant, and she is a hard worker who does her research. Imagine you are a conservative on the SC, who are you going to listen too? She will be a power behind the scenes.
Here’s hoping that Judge Amy will help those two grow a set of balls and get to work!
Liberal heads would totally implode if Trump ends up replacing 6 SC Justices. That would be totally unpreceded. And set up the SC Court for a long very long time, without the Democrats being able to do anything about it.
That is why I think that the Justices and their families deserve SS protection. We do not want to have any of them being forced to retire due to crazy people trying to harm them. The Left is going to go so crazy with every conservative nomination that Trump makes.
