An “educated” guess would be Sotamayor. She’s a Type 1 diabetic since fairly early childhood. I recall an ambulance had to be called for her on one occasion after she was on SCOTUS. She’s 66 ... diabetes tends to catch up with you with potential kidney, circulatory & heart, eyesight loss, etc. issues the older you get. Despite this, I suspect she has a case of “Ruthitis” & would never willingly retire if Trump was in office to appoint her successor.
