Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) this evening announced that the hearing to consider the nomination of Judge Amy Coney Barrett to serve as an Associate Justice on the Supreme Court of the United States will begin October 12, 2020.
The hearing will last three to four days, using the format the committee has followed for recent Supreme Court nominees. Opening statements by Judiciary Committee members and the nominee will occur on Monday, October 12. The questioning of Judge Barrett will begin on Tuesday, October 13. Testimony by those who know Judge Barrett the best and legal experts is expected to follow.

She’s not toast, and and they will confirm. If the vote is delayed until after Nov 3, it will be because McConnell decides to delay it. The only reason I can think of that may cause McConnell to delay it until after the election would be if he thinks Collins needs to be protected until after the election.
It would be a major break in protocol to have a vote without having the nominee make the rounds to whatever senators want to interview her one-on-one. The soonest the vote needs to happen is before Nov 30, but only if McSally loses. If McSally wins, then they could wait until the new Senate convenes on Jan 3. And all that only if the GOP loses the senate.
She is ultimately the one who will decide that.
I expect that little weasel to drag out the hearings - starting Oct 12 is typical Miss Lindsey weaseling.
I would not be surprised if the actual Senate vote is pushed back until after the election to give deep state RINOs a chance to deny ACB.

actually, i don’t think there are any hard and fast rules for SCOTUS, and it’s up to the Justice to decide when they should recuse ...

There’s preparations to be made - Lindsey isn’t the first to say hearings would begin an a couple weeks.
