Surprised they’re not having their first hearing a week sooner As this is an election year. They should start with a straight up or down yes or no vote, in the committee, to immediately send it to the Senate, then a yes or no vote there. Maybe everybody would like to vote yes or no as they will ultimately do anyway, and get back to campaigning, especially those up for reelection.

No doubt about it...The Dems have been plotting ways to prolong the hearings to go past the deadline...Graham knows this...

I hate to say it but given the news today about Durham’s “report” being “finished” sometime next year, don’t be surprised if Lindsey slow-walks this nomination thru the Judiciary committee until oh, November 5th or so.

One might argue that senate dems, including Kamala who is supposed to be running for VP, can’t campaign if the committee is in session. However, I am not sure Kamala would campaign much anyway.

Neither did Kavanaugh. I wept as I prayed on my knees for his exoneration. It didn’t look good for a while but God, as usual, was faithful to His servants and answered our prayers. With God, ALL things are possible. Without Him, nothing is possible.
