yes I saw this and I am glad you posted it. I went back to watch and I believe he did make the gaffe but the teleprompter fixed his next lines to make the statement work. You could tell he was very garbled and not quite with it

Well I think this should be good news for Trump. This is the second time Joe has said this and if he’s running for the Senate Trump has no opposition.

Unless, perhaps, the plan is Biden drops out and really does run for the Senate, heels Up takes over and picks Hillary as her running mate.

Clinton does an “Arkancide’’ on Heels Up and *bingo* Hillary’s in The White House.
