Which means Trump lead up to ten!!!!
It is, Trump is more popular with his base then Reagan was.
By November it will be one point....No GOP candidate is ahead in the polls on Election Day..Except Reagan in 1980 was to close to call

I have a feeling that with the early votes, the DNC and the leftist cabal know EXACTLY where they are. They will adjust accordingly and they want the end game to go into post November 4 where they think they have a better (cheating) chance.
This is why this Supreme Court nomination is so very, very important!
The last Gallup Poll I can find for 1980 (Oct. 26) had Carter +3 with LV and +8 with RV.
It may have been 40 years, but I recall being absolutely devastated to see those numbers.
I also vividly recall my absolute elation when at 7 PM central time I watched John Chancellor announce that Ronald Reagan was on his way to a substantial victory.
It’s 5 points, not .5 points, according to the headline. Your point is still valid, though.
Local sign polling:
1st place: TRUMP
2nd place: Firewood for sale
3rd place: Pumpkins $3
4th place: chainsaw and small engine repair
5th place: Trespassers will be shot on sight; survivors will be shot again.
...
107th place: Biden/Harris
Yes, the polls never want to show the GOP ahead, even though they know he is.
I dont ever pay attention to the actual numbers of a poll, but I might pay attention to its trend.
Smart
To avoid embarassment.
One factor we have to watch: If Biden is allegedly ahead by far and then loses to Trump, the Left will say "Light America on fire to burn it down. Trump cheated and is illegitimate." Local talk radio guy reminded me of that point today.
Still Trump has to win. Fight out the rest but get him re-elected.
