“They need to revisit that awful PA ruling.”

The result, due to Roberts, was a tie, not an actual ruling. Do we have any SCOTUS experts here who can tell us if the case can be reheard once there is a full court, especially because the rehearing could be consolidated with the one on the 4th Circuit decision that’s likely to be appealed.

that’s guaranteed because they ignored the recent “advice” of SCOTUS to not use COVID as an excuse for overturning state election law ...

ACB will be confirmed this coming Monday or Tuesday, so Traitor Roberts will be neutralized ... besides, SCOTUS recently already ruled 8-0 that COVID isn’t an excuse for the courts to ignore and overturn state election law ...
