They head to farms in vermont, new hampshire, and maine among others.
I lived in northern new hampshire. Farmers got busted for employing illegals.
Ther are random temporary border patrol checkpoints on the highways questioning citizenship status of all occupants.
Personally, I'd rather have a real border with Canada. They let all kinds of undesirable folk into their country, such as large numbers of islamics that we probably wouldn't want to be able to just stroll into our country unimpeded. If you don't have borders, you don't have a country.
