ARCHAEOLOGICAL clues predating the birth of Jesus Christ can "pinpoint the exact location" where the Ark of the Covenant once stood, a scripture expert has claimed.
The Ark of the Covenant, also known as the Ark of the Testament, is believed to have held the 10 Commandments God gave to Moses in Exodus. The ornate chest with two cherubim atop was treated with the utmost reverence by the Israelites and was interned in Solomon's Temple on Jerusalem's Temple Mount. According to the Biblical account, the Ark with its two stone tablets was held in a special chamber within the temple, known as the Holy Holies.
In Jewish tradition, this inner sanctuary of Solomon's Temple was accessed once a year by the High Priest on Yom Kippur to make sacrificial offerings to God.
But the Holy of Holies, Solomon's Temple and the Ark of the Covenant are no longer here, due in no small part to the numerous invasions Jerusalem has suffered throughout its history.
Solomon's Temple, or the First Temple, is believed to have been destroyed in the year 587 BC during a siege by Babylon's king Nebuchadnezzar II.
The rebuilt Second Temple was then toppled by the Romans in the year 70 AD in retaliation for a Jewish revolt.

“Wrath of God Almighty” is not one of the Bingo spots I want covered.
When are archaeologists going to discover the first pizzeria owned by an Albanian pretending to be an Italian?
John Alite?
I believe the Sovereign I Am retrieved the Ark, end of the story.

Now it's in Hanger 51. Or an Amazon warehouse.
Ha ha ha that is good wry humor, Ray...
lol
A friend of mine went to work for NSA when she moved to Maryland just after being married. Her first assignment was to sort and identify items in a very large warehouse near Fort Meade, MD.
She said it resembled the warehouse scene at the end of Indiana Jones....It was full of items that NSA had lost track of. For all they knew, the Ark could have been there.
As long as people look for the Ark, or anything concerning the Ark, on the Temple Mount, it will all be in vain. The Temple never stood there, it was in the City of David, to the south of the Roman fortress people mistake for the Temple site.
Yawn.
Pure speculation from thousands of miles away.
Early Muslim theologians thought that indentation was where Allah stood leaving his footprint when he created the world.<./>
As you walk the entrance to the ramp leading to the Temple Mount there is a sign indicating the Chief Rabbis of Israel disapprove of any Jews entering the site. The reason is since the location of the Holy of Holies is unknown one might accidently step on it.
That was in Kew Gardens, Queens N.Y. - Danis
Dude....I live in Kew Gardens!.....Dani’s crust is like fine French pastry!
So still open?
There’s a restaurant near me that serves both Mexican food and Italian food. It’s owned by Greeks.
Whatever happened to it, God already told us that, in the end, it won’t matter:
‘Then it shall come to pass, when you are multiplied and increased in the land in those days, says the LORD, that they will say no more, The ark of the covenant of the LORD. It shall not come to mind, nor shall they remember it, nor shall they visit it, nor shall it be made anymore.’ Jer. 3:16

I used to hang out at the bar around the corner with the English name in the 70s. The last one was the Regents Row.
Hi.
Heads up...
Once the Philistines captured the Ark in battle, the contents ceased to be Holy, and therefore disintegrated.
The wood burned and the gold melted.
The new Ark of the Covenant is Jesus, the Christ. The cornerstone that the Builders rejected.
