He would almost certainly be captured and extradited if that happens. My understanding is that he has competent counsel who would strongly advise him against jumping bail

I've donated before and received this message from Lin this afternoon:

David, two things happened today that you need to know about.

First, I just spoke with Kyle by phone from jail in Kenosha. He asked me to thank all who've donated, said he is praying for his supporters, and asked that you stay strong.

Second, the court refused to lower the $2 million bail. We'd hoped it'd be lowered since Kyle isn't a flight risk. He tried to turn himself in the night of the shootings (it's all on tape) and then went to the police the next morning. Very frustrating, but that's where we are.

Now that we know the bail figure won't budge, our #1 focus will be hitting our goal.

As of this email we're still about $600,000 short, but patriots like the woman you see in my tweet below have been coming out of the woodwork. We pray this support continues. Thank you for your ongoing generosity and selfless commitment.

Together, we're going to get Kyle Rittenhouse home.

When I made two small donations to FightBack, they both went to the general fund.

I could not locate a drop down menu to get one to go Kyle's defense fund. My e-mail to them has gone unanswered.

Would be an 8th Amendment violation (If the 14th was truly consistent) for evidence supporting self-defense, however, only the 2nd part of the 8th Amendment is incorporated (Judicial Supremacy). Our Constitution is FUBAR, especially the tyrants that formulated, passed, and prevented representation of the 14th Amendment which became a hypocritical mess.

This young man is being unfairly treated for an action You know about, You saw. You judge. Who was being riotous and villainous that evening? But just as you saw that action in the streets at night, you also saw the grievous iniquity perpetuated on Kyle. Rescue Jyle, O Lord. Protect while he's in jail. May he not be meal for the Left. And punish his judges for their unfairness.Use this event to bring blessing to Kyle and most strongly judge his accusers.

There have been extremely few self-defense cases ever documented by video any more clear than this case. The bail set at $2 million is incredibly excessive - considering this kid shouldn’t even have been arrested...
