Dick Moris on Newsmax just stated that the Leaders of the Pennsylvania House and Senate have called for an audit of the election in Pennsylvania,

Knowing how slow government works it will take four years to complete the audit and by then Trump will have finished his 8 years in office.
Looks like a good plan to me.
Way too late. They knew what we would do and fraud votes are mixed with real. We will not win any of it.
If you’re a count supervisor in the 3-4 counties around Philly, you’re really nervous right now. Everyone involved is nervous.
The first one to talk gets off scot free.
PA GOP and the Legislature: https://www.cnbc.com/2020/10/28/supreme-court-wont-fast-track-gop-challenge-to-pennsylvania-ballot-deadline.html
“The GOP controlled Pa legislature must refuse to certify the steal. Period.”
They have delegated that authority to the Governor and the Secretary of State via statute, as all other states have.
Friends in Pennsylvania are livid.
Yup.
The people who cast the votes decide nothing. The people who count the votes decide everything
Seriously? You think this is the Dems 1st rodeo?
If they're finally growing a spine, they can revoke that. The power is ultimately theirs to delegate or not.
And the time to clean up the voter rolls came and went years ago.
. “I understand that the repubics have control of both houses there.”
PA’s repubics suffer from a lot of RINOs. Still, they’re better than lunatic Dems.
This is Dick Morris saying this though ... he already screwed things up on election night saying that Trump had this after Florida and Ohio were called. While I know the Dems got the rest thru fraud, every time that guy opens his mouth and predicts something, the exact opposite occurs! :-)
“How Wolf got elected... PA was angry at Corbett for turning on Joe Paterno.”
Corbett was lousy though. Wolf is a frigging National Socialist, but Corbett sealed his fate with those gas taxes.
> The audit will prove there is rampant criminality. Next they should directly select the electors.
Yes, enough evidence to show that there is massive corruption of the process and not enough time to unravel the mess before the EC deadline should be enough. They just need to be made more afraid of the citizenry than Antifa, and they’ll do the right thing.
p
One thing for sure, these states ran around changing election rules outside of their legislatures which is unconstitutional; right there, should disqualify any votes that were cast under those rules.
When they did that in Penn. the republicans should have thwarted it right then. imho.
We are going to see if our Constitution still has teeth or if it is now just a worthless piece of paper.
yeah...reminds me of Judge Napalitino (sp). He’s the same way, every time he predicts something, it always goes the opposite way.
“The power is ultimately theirs to delegate or not. “
They don’t even have to change the law.
They can just issue a joint resolution of the house and senate proclaiming they are going to disenfranchise all PA voters after an election is held and counted.
And name a slate of 20 electors to their liking.
Sure, they have the power to do that.
But absent certain, incontrovertible evidence of wholesale, systematic fraud and conspiracy...evidence that would win conviction in court...they will not do it.
it’s going on all over the country....stop the steal. I believe that’s the name.
"In the Pennsylvania case, an earlier challenge by the Republicans, which included the state party and lawmakers, was rejected by the Supreme Court on Oct. 19. The court deadlocked 4-4, with Chief Justice John Roberts siding with the courts three liberals, Justices Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan. That tie vote left the state supreme court decision in place."
