Data nerds on social media have spent the better part of two days wondering why the networks won’t just make a call. The outcome hasn’t been in doubt. Biden needed only to win Nevada and Pennsylvania to lock things down; the writing’s been on the wall in NV since early Thursday and the outcome in PA was so assured given the drift in mail ballots there that Decision Desk HQ called it 24 hours ago. Biden’s remarks last night were scheduled at 8 p.m. ET in the belief that a call would be made before then and he could address the country as the apparent president-elect. But the networks held off. So he stalled, postponing his remarks past 8, to give them a little more time, and they still wouldn’t call it. So he spoke and gave another vague “we’re confident we’re headed towards victory” speech instead.

ABC read a short statement from the president but FIRST announced that the statement they were about to read was “full of falsehoods”.
They are pushing the idea that Joe Biden is a decent person.
They are pushing the idea that Biden can heal the racial divisions caused by Trump.
They are pushing the idea that Biden can fix the economy which has been devastated by Trump.

Yes, there are. Some folks have said I never view the others(putrid lame stream talking anuses) so my thoughts aren’t well rounded. I have tried to watch to get their perspective. Not very easy and didn’t last long. Such blatant lies and misinformation.
You know, I followed the contested 2000 election very closely, and I thought the media was biased then.
But they never said Bush’s position was unfounded, or unproven, and all of that.
As Rudy says, there are lot of statistical and mathematical improbablities there. Perhaps the courts will evaluate such evidence.
