10K is A LOT, but Im sure these ballots have been filled out by a behind the scenes for MONTHS to gin up hundreds of thousands of fraudulant ballots.
So what does count as evidence in court?

Actually it does because it shows there is a dead body somewhere. Next you need to dig to find the body and then the culprit. But is is a valid inidicator of fraud.

What that shows is a tuning of new ballots to get to a certain level for Biden to help him crest over Trump. The averages keep being increased as the need continues.

Mathematical models fall into the classification of “demonstrative evidence” which may, in fact, be introduced at trial, subject to the trial judge’s consideration of whether or not it is prejudicial. Although having no probative value — that is, while the model itself does not provide “proof” of a crime, it is often used to explain, supplement and clarify the matter being adjudicated.
So, models may be introduced as evidence; however, the model itself is not evidence of guilt or innocence.
Further we do know for a fact that the voting software has been coded to flup votes from Trump to Biden.
That is not conjecture, anecdotal or heresay, its been proven and found. Hard evidence
plus that very software was used all across michigan in at least 46 other counties and that same software was used in every state under serious review of fraud.

further we have people recorded committing vote fraud and directing groups of poll workers to commit vote fraud, we have poll workers themselves affirming the vote fraud as witnesses, or admitting they did it personally
they will be put under oath as witnesses and swear that this occurred and we have the recorded evidence of those workers and poll leaders saying to do so
evidence, collected when they didn’t know they were being recorded and were openly and freely talking to trusted others
plus we are going through ballots and seeing large numbers of dumps where biden was the only oval selected
plus irrefutable evidence of republican poll watchers and workers being kicked put and not allowed to watch vote cpunts, against the law
plus we have elections boards not obeying judge orders regarding ballots or to respond to judicial inquiries by a set time deadline
all of this sets up real evidence and establishes a solid massive pattern of fraudulent behavior
Yes, but the big dump happened in Fulton County between 1-2 am which caused Trump to go from a +6 lead to a +2.5 lead. It was between 100-200k votes and it happened long after the GOP observers went home at @0:30 because they were told counting was done for the night.

There are witnesses who you can put under oath. Nobody is going to want to go to jail over hiding the vote.
This is important information to drive home that Biden’s presidency is illegitimate. It weakens him and Harris and they will do a little less damage to America as a result. As PR, it’s a good thing.
But it will not change the election result. Once the fraudulent ballots are commingled with the real ballots, it’s impossible to tell them apart. I’m certain that they were commingled almost immediately. The Supreme Court would have to declare the entire election invalid and order a do over because even though we strongly suspect there were massive fraudulent votes, we can’t know which ones to throw out. The Court will not do that.
How many liberal discrimination cases have been won on lesser statistical evidence??? Loads of legal precedents the left would be loath to abandon in what's going to, by then, look like a losing fight. Admittedly Thomas et al may not think much of the body of victimology law but I doubt it will be on the legal hot seat this time. And in any case the math here will be much stronger.
Agreed.... I’m no attorney either, but I see a lot of people here keep saying stuff like “so what, that’s not proof”..... I would hope that the court views a large body of evidence through a different lens than a small body of evidence
Mathematical impossibilities may not be evidence in themselves, but they are a clue that, if investigated thoroughly, can lead to evidence.
